Frederick R. McCord Mr. McCord serves as President and Owner of McCord Development, Inc. (MDI). MDI’s 3 million s.f. portfolio includes 19 commercial office properties valued at roughly $375,000,000. He oversees all multi-disciplined operations of MDI. Upon graduation from Southern Methodist University,
Mr. McCord worked for Prudential Life Insurance Company in their real
estate lending department. After leaving Prudential, he founded his own
company, McCord Development, Inc. in 1973. MDI has developed and/or
purchased multiple office buildings and apartments in Houston, Dallas,
San Antonio, Clear Lake City, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco.
MDI acquired multiple office buildings with partners Samuel Zell and General
Electric Capital Corporation. MDI developed Summerwood, a 3,400-unit single-family
master planned community in Houston. MDI owns 2,000 acres in
Harris County on Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8), which the company is
preparing for development. Mr. McCord holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum
Engineering from University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Business Administration
from Southern Methodist University. |

Ryan
McCord Mr. McCord is responsible for sourcing bond opportunities, bond and real estate underwriting, market research, and financing. For the past 6 years, Mr. McCord
has worked in various aspects of the commercial real estate and distressed
asset investments. Prior to joining MDI, Mr. McCord served as an Associate
Risk Manager for General Electric Global Financial Restructuring based
in Tokyo, where he was involved in underwriting real estate and non-performing
loan ("NPL") portfolios in Japan, Taiwan, China, Korea and the
Czech Republic. In addition to leading underwriting efforts on more than
$800 million of NPLs, Mr. McCord participated in over $2 billion of equity
and debt transactions and designed the Global Asset Management System
now used by GE to manage NPL portfolios in Asia, North America, &
Europe. Mr. McCord holds a B.A. in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt
University. |

Terri
Flesner-Thompson Senior Director of Investments Bond & Multi-Family Underwriting, Financing Ms. Thompson directs all phases of acquisition and post-acquisition operations, including bond and real estate underwriting, bond strategy and re-issuance, documentation and asset management. During her tenure with MDI, Ms.
Thompson has directed several successful bond / tax credit deals involving
the re-development of more than 5,200 apartment units in California, Hawaii
and Texas. In addition to analysis and underwriting of bonds and real
estate, Ms. Thompson has significant experience in the acquisition, sale
and compliance of tax credits as well as the ownership oversight of major
rehabilitation projects. Prior to joining MDI, Ms. Thompson worked as
the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Republic
Realty Services Inc. where she was responsible for asset management and
acquisition of multi-family properties in addition to refinancing, disposition
and rehabilitation activities. She was also responsible for selection
and supervision of subcontractors including property management and leasing
firms. Ms. Thompson holds an MBA in Finance from the University
of Houston. |

Mike
Maerz Director of Investments Multi-Family Underwriting Mr. Maerz is responsible for market analysis, establishment and management of renovation plans for acquisitions, real estate underwriting, and implementation of the operating plan. Mr. Maerz has over eighteen years
experience in the management and acquisitions of multi-family property
throughout the Southwest. Prior to joining MDI, Mr. Maerz served as Director
of Acquisitions and Development and Senior Regional Manager with Gables
Residential Trust and Trammel Crow Residential Services. During his tenure,
he directed operations of stabilized portfolios of up to 4,500 units in
a variety of markets. He has directed the development completion of numerous
new projects as well as directed renovations of new acquisitions. He has
extensive experience directing due diligence and underwriting on acquisitions
as well as the implementation of asset operating plans on transactions
of nearly $200 million. Mr. Maerz holds a Bachelor of Science from the
University of Houston. |

| Melissa
Hartman Director of Investments Bond & Multi-family Underwriting Ms. Hartman is responsible for sourcing of bond opportunities, bond and real estate underwriting, market research, and financing. For the past ten years, Ms. Hartman
has worked in various aspects of multi-family real estate investment.
Prior to joining MDI, Ms. Hartman served as Vice President of Jupiter
Realty Corporation, where she was involved in asset management, acquisition
and disposition of bond-financed multi-family portfolios in Florida, Georgia,
Illinois, Tennessee and Texas. In addition to underwriting and directing
due diligence for transactions totaling over $175 million, Ms. Hartman
oversaw the implementation of operating plans for multi-family portfolios
in excess of 3,000 units, and was responsible for reporting on investment
returns directly to investors and lenders. Ms. Hartman holds an
MBA in Finance from George Washington University. |
